By booking a service with MSCleaningPainting.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. We operate as an independent professional service provider in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

2. Service Scope & Quotes

All quotes provided via WhatsApp, phone, or our website are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may be adjusted upon physical inspection of the site if the condition differs significantly from the initial description. Any additional charges will be communicated and approved by you before work begins.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure secure access to the property at the scheduled time.
Provide access to basic utilities, specifically running water and electricity, which are required for our heavy-duty machinery.
Secure all high-value items, cash, and sensitive documents prior to our team's arrival.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon immediate completion and final inspection of the service. We accept cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), and direct bank transfers. Delayed payments may incur additional late fees.

5. Limitation of Liability

While our background-verified professionals take the utmost care, MSCleaningPainting.in is not liable for pre-existing damage to surfaces, unstable furniture, or wear-and-tear that becomes apparent during the deep cleaning or painting process.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
