We understand that plans change. You may cancel or reschedule your booking free of charge up to 12 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the service may be subject to a nominal cancellation fee to cover deployed resources.
In rare circumstances (e.g., severe weather, equipment failure, or safety concerns), MSCleaningPainting.in reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a booking. If we cancel, you will be notified immediately, and no charges will apply.
Because we provide a labor-intensive service, we do not offer full refunds after the service is completed. We ensure 100% satisfaction by conducting a final walk-through with you. If you are dissatisfied with any specific area, our team will re-clean or re-touch that area immediately on-site before leaving.
If an issue is noticed after our team has left, you must report it to us within 24 hours with photographic evidence via WhatsApp. We will assess the situation and, at our discretion, arrange a complimentary touch-up visit.
